The virtual app makes it easy to fit workouts into your busy schedule. You can train anywhere, any time with our workout videos. I will tailor your program to your specific body and needs where you can train up to six times per week. The app experience is completely customized to you, so you can get the most out of your training.
I want to make sure you are following and performing the customized program correctly so no time and results are wasted. It is important to have an educated personal trainer beside you to demonstrate the correct posture and technique to progress effectively without setbacks or injuries.
The built-in app message provides 24/7 support. Upload your exercises, and I will check your form to make sure you’re on track with the program. You will receive reminders for upcoming workouts so you never miss a single session.
